Chicken Kabiraji

Ingredients :

  • 5 egg
  • 250 gm chicken
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated garlic
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 cup Refined oil
  • 500 gm onion
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Procedure :

Grind the grated onions, ginger ,garlic and green chillies

Now mix this with the chicken pieces and add cumin powder , red chilli powder and lemon juice.

Marinate them well and leave them for 1 hour

Now , take a bowl and whisk eggs and dip the chicken pieces in that then roll the chicken pieces on breadcrumbs

Take a pan , pour little oil and put the marinated chicken into it and fry till it turns brownish

Serve hot with sauce
