FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 gms boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp/ spoon red chili powder
  • 1 lime juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 2 tbsp flour
  •  Vinegar

Procedure:

At first mix all the ingredients in a bowl as told earlier. Now add vinegar in it and mix it. Now rub
all the spices from the chicken from all sides and marinate it for about 15-20 mins. After that add
3 tbsp oil in a pan. Now take another bowl and mix semolina and flour and toss the marinated
chicken piece. Now fry it. After that cover the lid of the pan for 5 mins. Now fry that chicken to
make brown. Finally remove the chicken from the fire and serve it to your nearest one’s by
squeezing some lime juice over it.
